Tom began working as chief revenue officer of SDM Central and its sister division, Altus, in 2023. His goal is to build a sales team that provides solutions for our cusatomers in a way that exceeds their expectations. He started in 2021 as the sales and operations advisor for Altus, a continuing education provider for health care workers. He is inspired by the positive effect of medical education and the life-changing possibility that Shared-Decision Making has for patients, clinicians, and health care advocates.

Tom develops high-performing revenue-generating teams by prioritizing the customer’s journey and success through relationship building and communication. With strong skills in finance, Tom has worked in companies including big-box retail and SAAS suite products in the golf industry. His prior positions include national sales manager for Subtle Patriot, a golf bag and backpack manufacturer that supports the Navy Seal Foundation and sponsors Boots to Suits, a job assistance program for veterans. Tom was vice president of operations North America for Tagmarshal, a SAAS suite enterprise specializing in optimization and revenue growth for companies in the greengrass golf industry.
